Bayou Jake II is Purina's Top Plott

Walnut Cove, NC - Mike Bertrand drives a truck and literally "carries the mail" for a living. His Plott dog, NITECH Bayou Jake II is carrying a little mail of his own in the Purina Outstanding Nite Hunt Coonhound of the Year race this year. The North Carolina Plott man and his hound are running the country chasing points and doing a lot of winning in the process.
Bayou Jake II has accumulated 360 points and is the leading Plott in the annual Purina competition. Here's a list of Jake II's 2009 wins:
