Dillsboro, IN – As we swelter in summer heat our thoughts easily turn to frosty, fannel-shirt mornings, sunny afternoons under a canopy of burnished leaves and woodsmoke-laced evenings spent with friends around the campfires. More importantly, our hearts jump within our chests in anticipation of the cry of Plott dogs hot on the trail of a Hoosier raccoon at nightfall.
